Threod Systems secures 16 Gimbal deal with partners International Golden Group (IGG)
Threod Systems, known for rapid product development of UAS solutions, for NATO Class 1 fixed-wing UAV platforms, proprietary developed sub-systems and multirotors, has secured a 16 Gimbal deal (with an option for more) with International Gold Group (IGG) of the UAE.
Titan UAV and THeMIS UGV deployed in Mali, Africa
Threod Systems Titan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Milrem Robotics’ THeMIS Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) deployed in Mali, Africa. The combined unmanned systems will support the troops of Estonian Defence Forces.

Stream C UAV Performance at Artillery Battalion Live-Fire Exercise
Stream C UAV performed at Artillery Battalion Live-fire exercise to support Artillery Battalion soldiers that practiced shooting 155mm howitzers from multiple firing positions. Stream C UAV supported the Forward Observers training. The UAV system identified targets, adjusted fire and ran battle damage assessment after every successful fire mission.

Threod Systems participates in the EW Live 2019. It is a three day live electronic warfare equipment demonstration event. Held at Tartu Airport showcasing a cycle of EW operating technologies.
NATO’s 70th Anniversary
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the creation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Moreover, it is the 15th anniversary of Estonia joining NATO. To celebrate the anniversary, the Estonian Atlantic Treaty Association, in cooperation with NATO Headquarters, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Education and Research, organized a public charity event.

During the visit of Major General Martin Herem and Brigadier General Veiko-Vello Palm recent unmanned aircraft system (UAS) industry developments, cooperation opportunities and possible exploitation of the systems by the Estonian Defence Forces were discussed.

Exercise Crossed Swords 2019
Threod Systems contributed to the cyber defense exercise Crossed Swords 2019, organized by NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) and CERT.LV in Tallinn, Estonia. Technical experts, members of national Cyber Commands and special forces operators participated in the event. The exercise focused on advancing cyber Red Team members skills in preventing, detecting and responding to full-scale cyber operations. Additionally, this year the Cyber Command of the Estonian Defence Forces provided the command component.
Threod Systems in collaboration with Milrem supported British Army Warfighting Experiment.
For 4 weeks from mid-November to mid-December British Army organized an international warfighting experiment. The Experiment for 2018 was named Exercise Autonomous Warrior (Land). The exercise was held on the Salisbury Plain and the British Army Battleground. It brought together high-tech industry leaders in Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS).

Estonian Defence Industry Introduction Day
This week Threod Systems participated in the Estonian Defence Industry Introduction Day. On July 25, 2018, a Ukrainian delegation, led by the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Mr. Petro Tsygykal, visited Threod Systems’ facilities. The delegation was accompanied by the representatives from the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board.

Threod Systems got the chance to support large-scale cyber defense exercise Locked Shields 2018
Threod Systems was a proud supporter of the cyber defence exercise Locked Shields 2018 organized by NATO CCDCOE in Tallinn. Threods simulators were used to imitate UAV-s in very complex cyber environment. Over 1000 specialists from over 30 countries were competing each other to defend their imitated infrastructure units. Teams had to run up to 150 systems and defend them against any cyber attacks.

Threod Systems was presented at live-fire exercise Locked Shields 2017 with 20 Hardware in the Loop simulators to give realistic touch to the event.CCDCOE was hosting around 800 participants from 25 nations all over the world, making it the biggest live-fire cyber defence exercise.
