This week Threod Systems participated in the Estonian Defence Industry Introduction Day. The aim of the event was to introduce companies engaged in the defence industry to Estonian Defence Forces, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior, Police and Border Guard Board, Centre for Defence Investment.
Industry leaders in cyber security, communication, unmanned technologies, ammunition and production businesses were among the presenters. Event was organised by Estonian Defence Industry Association in order to empower cooperation between privately owned companies and military, law enforcement and defence organisations. The past years show that here in Estonia such allies grow into very successful projects. Partnership with the governmental institutions gives Estonian enterprises a huge advantage on the international market.
The Commander of the Defence Forces General Riho Terras also attended the event. It was held prior to the day he handed over the command and control of the Defence Forces to the Major General Martin Herem. In the end of the venue a lot of kind words were said in appreciation of Generals’ contribution to the expansion and development of the industry.
