Threod Systems secures 16 Gimbal deal with partners International Golden Group (IGG).
Threod Systems, known for rapid product development of UAS solutions, for NATO Class 1 fixed-wing UAV platforms, proprietary developed sub-systems and multirotors, has secured a 16 Gimbal deal (with an option for more) with International Golden Group (IGG) of the UAE.
CEO of Threod Villiko Nurmoja writes, “We are excited to be partnered with a company as high profile as IGG in the region. We look to establish a long-standing relationship with them and know that this will be the first of many opportunities together. “
The MWIR Gimbal (Orca) is the latest in a succession of successful products offered by the Estonian Manufacturer.
Kristjan Tiimus CTO writes, “We look to set the standard for product development in our field. This is the latest example of what is to come from Threod.“ Tiimus goes on to say that “Given that the gimbal is developed in house, gives us complete control of the engineering process, and allows for a product that is best in class“.
The deal comes at a time when Threod has seen a significant increase in market share for fixed-wing and subsystem sales.
Deputy CEO, Mr. Khalifa Al Bloushi says „IGG is glad to work in partnership with Threod for the delivery of its high-tech Gimbals. We believe that there are more opportunities to come together in the region and we are keen to work with our partners Threod to meet the requirements of our clientele. “
